Help & rules
How are community posts and tasks different?
The community is a place to share offers, exchange experiences and ask questions. Information comes from post authors; the platform does not guarantee the advertised rewards. Places, reviews and payments are handled under each task’s terms when you claim or apply for it in Tasks.
Posting and saving drafts
Save a draft, then select Publish when you are ready to make it public. Posts do not need approval before publication. When editing a published post, readers see the previous version until you publish again. The body supports Markdown; HTML code is shown as text. Upload images through the editor.
Checking an opportunity
Before taking part, check the source, eligible regions, reward and currency, required spending, deadline and any commercial relationship with the author. Confirm missing details yourself. An author’s last-checked date does not mean the platform has verified the offer.
Reports and moderation appeals
Select Report content on a post or reply and explain the problem. A copy is kept for review, and the outcome is available in Community notifications. If your content is hidden or locked, you can appeal from the decision in My community. Reporting does not grant access to hidden content or historical images.
How do I join a task?
- Check eligibility, the reward and currency, any required purchase, evidence requirements and deadlines.
- Claim directly or apply and wait for acceptance. Applications are valid for seven days and do not reserve a place. The completion window starts after a direct claim or an accepted application.
- Complete the stated actions and submit evidence, or follow the task's automatic verification instructions. My tasks shows your current status, deadline and next action.
Does paused recruitment stop my participation?
A recruitment pause does not stop work you have already claimed or been accepted for. Open My tasks or the task page to view your progress or submit evidence.
Cancellation and appeals
Before the deadline, you can cancel a pending application or a task for which you have not submitted evidence. You cannot claim the same task again after cancellation or expiry. If your work is rejected, appeal within seven days from your task progress page and provide your reasons and evidence. After approval, rewards settle according to the task’s schedule.
What should publishers prepare?
Provide complete steps, eligibility, evidence requirements, completion and review windows, settlement waiting time, a fixed reward and places. The budget must cover rewards and the additional service fee. Submitting reserves the required budget; tasks become public after platform review.
Drafts and automatic verification
Complete the task information before saving a draft. Automatic verification requires an enabled integration that you own. If you do not have one, set it up in a new tab, then return and refresh the list; your form entries are kept. Test the verification flow with the merchant after creating the integration.
Changing published terms
Published rewards, eligibility, steps, evidence and settlement terms stay fixed. Publish a new task if those terms need to change. Closing recruitment releases only unused places' budgets; existing participations and disputes continue to be handled.
Rewards and funds
Rewards settle in the task's original currency. Reference conversions are for display and do not change the budget or settlement currency. Participants receive the full fixed reward; the publisher pays the successful-settlement service fee in addition to it.
Approval means the work met the review requirements. Settlement means the reward has been recorded in the platform balance. Neither means a withdrawal has reached an external payment account.
Dates and account
Displayed dates are labelled UTC. Community deadline and last-checked inputs use your browser's local time and are converted when saved. Follow the time-zone label beside each input; a field explicitly labelled UTC expects UTC.
One account lets you join the community, take part in tasks and publish tasks. Sign in with an email code or a password you have set. Add your display name and location before joining or publishing a task. Interface language changes menus and prompts, not post content. Display currency is for reference conversions and does not exchange account funds.
